Chocolate. Chocolate puts a smile on most people’s faces. It still makes me smile, but what I learned from some Consumer Reports tests was frightening and we are going to be careful which brands of chocolate we eat. It turns out that some chocolate is high in lead and some unfortunately is high in cadmium.

I’ll outline the specifics in this video and I will outline some of the key points (lead and cadmium toxicities) on how these metals can make you sick.
